For cancellations made until July 15, 2022, a refund will be made after deducting bank charges. 50% refund will be made for cancellations made between 15-30 July. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after July 30.
Additional fees (commission, EFT costs) arising from bank payments belong to the participant.
Unless the payments is completed, registration is not considered.
If you do not attend the event after registration, there will be no refund.

When the Payment Receipt is sent to info@istaw.com e-mail adress, registration will be made and the participant will be informed via e-mail.
It is not possible to cancel your place on the Program, except in cases of exceptional severe circumstances for which extensive and satisfactory documented proof must be submitted to the coordinator by registered mail. Cancellation by the participant of his/her place on the program after August 1 2022 will not entitle the participant to any refund of whe down payment of € 500,-. The only exception to this rule is in the above-mentioned case. Only if these conditions have been met is the participant entitled to a refund up to a maximum of € 400,-. An administrative fee of € 100,- will be charged.
