Currently, Sıla serves as Legal Manager at Karadeniz Holding, leading multiple energy projects across Africa, along with associated project finance transactions and disputes. Previously, she was part of the International Arbitration team of Arnold & Porter LLP in London, focusing on both International Commercial Arbitration and International Investment Arbitration cases.
