Reina specialises in all aspects of corporate and commercial contracts and advisory, including market entry and commercialization, commercial and operational contracts and negotiations, and competition risk management.

A solicitor qualified in England and Wales, Reina has gained extensive experience from both client-facing and in-house perspectives and has worked with local and international businesses across various sectors, including construction, transport & logistics, infrastructure, FMCG, healthcare, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and retail.

Prior to joining Z&Co., Reina worked across a variety of commercial and corporate advisory practices in London, Dubai, Switzerland and Saudi Arabia. After spending 5 years at a Magic Circle law firm (where she began her career) Reina served as Senior Legal Counsel at a global FMCG conglomorate, managing all legal support for the commercial, operational and product development functions. Reina also served as General Counsel of a regional construction and contracting group, where she was esteemed for her achievements in commercial negotiation and alternative dispute resolution. Most recently, Reina returned to private practice as Legal Director at an international law firm based in Riyadh and Dubai, where she was commended by her major commercial clients for her support on complex commercial transactions.
