He represents businesses in commercial litigation, commercial arbitration and construction arbitration in a range of industries including oil and gas, transportation, renewable energy, manufacturing, shipping, commodities and trade.
He appears in arbitrations governed by all the main rules, including those of Dubai International Arbitration Centre, Singapore International Arbitration Centre, International Chamber of Commerce, Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and Energy Disputes Arbitration Centre.
Rajdeep also has full rights of audience before the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts, Abu Dhabi Global Market Courts and Astana International Financial Centre Court.
He is regularly appointed as arbitrator, and is empanelled with Dubai International Arbitration Centre, Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and Asian International Arbitration Centre.
