Pascale Dahrouj is a multi-award-winning mediator, arbitrator, negotiator, and justice innovator with a diverse portfolio in dispute resolution and sustainability. She is the Founder and CEO of Willminds LLC, with its three divisions: Willminds Mediation and Arbitration Center (WMAC), Willminds Consulting Services, and Willminds Academy. In addition, Pascale serves as the Co-Founder and Executive Director of WeeZEnergies, focusing on Carbon Market Trading. Accredited by various international dispute resolution bodies, she holds numerous positions on global mediation and arbitration panels.
Her professional expertise spans Anti-Corruption, sustainability & ESG, legal management consulting, policy design, and stakeholder engagement. She is the President of the Lebanese Diaspora Energy (LDE) and a strategic advisor in various Ministries, the latest of which was the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants.
With an educational background in international law and energy, oil, and gas law, Pascale holds extensive international experience across the public and private sectors. She is member of the International Bar Association, International Chamber of Commerce and the American Anti-Corruption Institute. She holds degrees and certificates from Texas A&M, George Washington University, Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Georgetown University, and Notre Dame University among others. She is a certified Anti-Corruption Manager (CACM) and an alumnus of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA).
Pascale lives in Beirut, Lebanon. She is an avid advocate of Climate Justice and partners with a global network to strive towards sustainable development for a common future.
