I especially focused on the corporate, foreign investments, projects, real estate, energy, mergers and acquisitions. My expertise includes joint ventures, commercial and contract law, international trade law, intellectual property law. I am also experienced in the structuring and negotiation of variety of commercial transactions including asset transfer agreements, joint ventures, share purchase agreements and shareholding agreements. I have many experiences for assisting and advising foreign companies for the acquisition transactions concluded in or related to Turkey as well as foreign investments and projects which include assisting clients for the determination of the form and type of the companies to be established in Turkey, structure of the company, carrying out the establishment procedures.
I have also extensive experience in corporate governance and regularly asked for the implementation of the corporate governance rules of the International Companies to its Turkish subsidiaries. Restructuring the management of the acquired and merged companies is also included in my experience field.
Recently, my practice areas expanded into real estate and energy law and I am serving clients for drafting related contracts in addition to regulatory matters.
