Gizem Zeynep Bölükbaşı is the Vice President of Legal and Compliance at Türkiye Wealth Fund. Describing herself as a legal strategist, she provides counsel on high-profile cross-border and domestic M&A, capital markets, and finance transactions. Her expertise spans sectors like insurance, telecommunications, and financial services, having led landmark deals including the acquisitions of Turkcell, Turk Telekom, and the consolidation of Türkiye Sigorta.

Before joining TWF, Gizem advised on complex M&A and corporate transactions at top law firms. She holds an LL.M. in Investment Treaty Arbitration from Uppsala University, where she graduated summa cum laude with a full merit-based scholarship, and an LL.B. from Koç University, where she ranked first in her class.
