Gabriel Armanet is Quantum Expert for the Construction, Projects and Assets practice of FTI Consulting, working for the Forensic and Litigation team based in Paris.

He is an accredited mediator at the Centre de Médiation et d’Arbitrage de Paris (CMAP), chartered quantity surveyor (MRICS), and fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). He is educated in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution (King’s College London), Management and International Procurement (Kedge Business School). He is ranked in Who’s Who Legal as Construction Expert Witness.

He has over 15 years of professional experience in various fields of the engineering and construction industries for employers and contractors. Gabriel is experienced in contract management, procurement, and quantity surveying. Before joining FTI Consulting, Gabriel provided services for worldwide engineering and construction companies or employers operating in EMEA and APAC (buildings, chemicals, mining, infrastructure, metro, oil & gas, and water treatment plants).

He has been appointed as independent quantum expert in arbitration and litigation, and has already been cross-examined as Witness Expert. Gabriel assists clients and counsels, advising on commercial and contract management and dispute resolution strategies related to construction matters.

He is a lecturer in contract management lectures at l’Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (ENPC) for experienced construction professionals (public and private procurement, financial cost modelling, valuation, claims, contract routes and options).
