How Many Days Is The Right Of Withdrawal ?
The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the goods in distance sales contracts.

The aforementioned period begins on the date the contract is signed.

The expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller.

For the exercise of the right of withdrawal, it is necessary for the buyer to notify the seller within the specified period, as stated above, through fax, telephone, or email, and for the product/service to meet the requirements of the Distance Sales Contract and the pre-information published on the website www.ıstaw.org.tr, which is an integral part of this Agreement. The product must be in a condition suitable for resale by the seller.

The procedures for returns within the scope of the right of withdrawal are specified in the Distance Sales Contract. In case this right is exercised, it is mandatory to return the original invoice related to the service provided to a third party or the buyer. Within 14 (fourteen) days following the receipt of the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the service fee and delivery expenses will be refunded to the buyer, and the buyer is obliged to return the service within a period of 10 (ten) days. If the original invoice is not sent, the VAT value and any other applicablelegal obligations cannot be refunded to the buyer.

If there is a decrease in the value of the service due to the fault of the buyer or if returning becomes impossible, the buyer is obligated to compensate the seller for the damages in proportion to their fault. Payments can be made using credit card, electronic funds transfer (EFT) or bank transfer.

1. Contracts related to services whose prices vary depending on fluctuations in financial markets and are beyond the control of the seller or provider.
2. Contracts related to services that are prepared according to the consumer’s requests or personal needs.
3. Contracts related to services that are requested to be returned after the essential agreed-upon period for their provision has passed.
4. Contracts related to goods that have become mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
5. Contracts related to the utilization of leisure time, such as accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply, and entertainment or recreational activities, which are to be performed on a specific date or within a specific period.
6. Contracts related to services instantly performed in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
7. Contracts related to services that have commenced with the consumer’s consent before the expiration of the right of withdrawal.
