Join us in anticipating an exceptional experience at the Istanbul Arbitration Week, where EDAC takes the lead as the driving force behind this remarkable event. As the institution spearheading this gathering, EDAC proudly stands as the organizer and host, dedicated to creating a platform that transcends expectations.

Istanbul, with its rich history and strategic location, stands as the preeminent destination and hub for arbitration.

EDAC’s commitment is to foster unparalleled opportunities for arbitrators, academics, lawyers, and in-house counsels alike, propelling them into a realm of collaborative brainstorming and insightful discourse. We firmly believe that every participant will discover a dynamic arena to share their insights and expertise within the international arbitration sphere.

The city’s world-class facilities, coupled with a robust legal framework, firmly establish Istanbul as the prime choice for arbitration proceedings. With its extensive connectivity and vibrant atmosphere, Istanbul undoubtedly takes the lead as the ultimate global hub for arbitration.

In this pivotal moment, it’s crucial to acknowledge that Türkiye is on a path to becoming an energy hub in the medium and long term. The setting of Istanbul Arbitration Week couldn’t be more apt, serving as a beacon for this important juncture.

EDAC takes immense pride in being the driving force behind Turkey’s premier legal event in the realm of international arbitration, an annual tradition that has garnered acclaim year after year. With eager anticipation, we count down the days to convene with esteemed referees, academics, legal professionals, and in-house counselors at the much-awaited Istaw 2023.

The spotlight is on EDAC, both as the orchestrator and the host, and we extend an open invitation to all who share our passion for enriching the discourse and connections in the realm of international arbitration.
